Followed the link, entered my serial number, but got following error message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." Any advice? scmi2r Posted October 31, 2018 Report Share Posted October 31, 2018 AllainU - I installed and activated Nitro Pro 10 on my VM, but when I deactivate it and try to upgrade it points me to Nitro 11. It indicated I was but didn't indicate the discount. I clicked on "Proceed to Checkout" but no discount was applied. It showed a price of $79.99 which is what is populated on the previous screen as the cost for an upgrade from Nitro 11 and prior. Any ideas on what to do next?
