Upgrade to Nitro Pro 12

Hi, I received a neat email offering a personalized discount to upgrade. Followed the link, entered my serial number, but got following error message:

"We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

Any advice? Offer ends on 10/31

After checking the serial number provided, I was able to make an adjustment on our end so you should be able to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 with a discounted rate.

To fix this issue, I was able to make adjustment on our end. Could you please try upgrading to Nitro Pro 12 again?

AllainU - I installed and activated Nitro Pro 10 on my VM, but when I deactivate it and try to upgrade it points me to Nitro 11. Can I go directly to 12 without having to pay the full price?

I was able to enter my serial number to see if I qualified for an upgrade discount. It indicated I was but didn't indicate the discount. I clicked on "Proceed to Checkout" but no discount was applied. It showed a price of $79.99 which is what is populated on the previous screen as the cost for an upgrade from Nitro 11 and prior.

Any ideas on what to do next? Can you offer any idea of what the discount might be as that is what I'm really looking for...

I tested it on our end by accessing our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and entered your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

After clicking 'Proceed to Checkout', I can still see the discounted amount of $79.99. Could you please try it again on your end?

With the serial number you provided, I was able to pull-up your purchase and fix your account in our system so you should be good now.

Kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 10 serial number. You should get a message saying ' You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. 

Then you may download your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct links instead:
