Kindly uninstall what you installed, run our Clean-up tool to delete traces from previous installations of Nitro Pro (http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean up/000003054) and reboot your machine. After that, kindly download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable for x86 and x64. I have both on my machine and it works well with Nitro Pro 9, 10 and 12.
