Donna T Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 In the Software Support Tools section of Nitro, my operating system is listed as Windows 8 Personal 6.2 9200 64bit. But I have Windows 10. I am no longer able to print out a pdf that I have downloaded from the internet. It is not my connection because I can print from other products - Excel, Word etc. I am not sure why it is saying Windows 8. I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10, have been using Nitro for about 3 years, and have not had a problem where the only thing that comes out of my printer is blank paper. I went to the PDF Creation portion of the Support Tools and reinstalled the PDF Creator printer thinking that might be the problem - same results. I will need to be able to shortly print out the government forms for year end and cannot get anything printed. Can someone tell me how to get this problem corrected, please. Thank you.
