Never received my key for NitroPro 12

I had the software support when NitroPro 12 was released, but I was never sent a new serial number.

Did you purchase Nitro Pro 11 with Software Assurance (now Nitro VIP Access) using a different email address? If yes, could you please provide it to me so I can check our system again?

Using 'David.Gauldfeldt@SynaptekCorp.com', we were able to find your Nitro Pro 11 with Software Assurance.

Using this email address and to further assist you with your concern, I created a support ticket on your behalf and sent you an email.

I will wait for your response through the support case.
