Donna B Posted November 1, 2018 Report Share Posted November 1, 2018 (edited) Have a new computer. Have spent several hours in a loop trying to install NitroPro. All I get is a trial offer. When I went to the activation portal, I deactivated my previous computer installation, it said I have 2 activations available, but won't let me use them. I have been using version 10. Since my serial number is for 10, how to I install that on my new computer. I am frustrated at this point, not happy with NitroPro at all. No one responded to my previous request for help several hours ago, no phone number to get someone to tell me what to do, one pricing page said the price for version 12 was $129 through tonight, but now I can only pay $159. I was willing to pay some to upgrade, if necessary, but after all of this wasted time and frustration I am having second thoughts. Companies who make it so hard to accomplish the basics are not customer service oriented. Asking a forum for information does not make sense. This is no one else's business and is something the company needs to solve. Serial number: 234600217xxxxxx... Need to be up and running this office computer by tomorrow.
