RJRains
We often combine multiple PDF files into one big one. However, when the files are selected and the Nitro prompt window showing the individual files before combining, they are NEVER in order. The percent varies, but about one fourth or so of the files from the beginning of the File Explorer listing are relocated to the END of the files (before combining), so I ALWAYS have to find those that have been relocated and manually move them to the top of the file names. I have screen snips of the File Explorer files, and the Nitro pre-combine suggested file order, but no way to attach them here. PITA!
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 5, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 5, 2018 Hello @RJRains, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Kindly try adding from Windows Explorer and ensure that you 'right-click' the 'first' file in the sequence. This should make documents to be added beginning with the file that was right-clicked first. For example, if you have 1, 2, 3, 4... then right-click '3', they will be loaded into Nitro as 3, 4, 1, 2. Let me know if this helps.
