Cannot install Nitro 11

I recently purchased a new computer and am switching all of my programs over.

I originally installed Nitro 12 then realized I purchased Nitro 11. I Uninstalled Nitro 12 then downloaded Nitro 11. 

I can Get the free trial of Nitro 12 to download.....

I finally got tired of messing with it and was just going to upgrade to Nitro 12 but it wont even recognize my serial number for the Upgrade.

I can download the Nitro 11 installer and it goes through the "downloading..." to 100% then when it moves to installing it gets to 1% then says "Nitro Pro Set up Wizard has failed" .

I have an HP laptop running Windows 10 64bit.

I just made few changes on your Nitro Pro 11 so you should now be good to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 by accessing our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number. You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. 

Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. 

Once done, kindly run our Clean-up tool to uninstall traces of previous installations. Please refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean/000003054

Then you may download your Nitro Pro 12 using below direct links instead:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your NEW serial number.
