Manual deactivation required (v9)

I have an install that won't activate probably due to a previous failure to deactivate (regular occurrence on our network with this software).

Previously I have asked support to deactivate via email, that avenue seems now closed.

I don't want to post on here more details than are required so please advise how to proceed?

Thanks, support have indeed manually deactivated the machine and I was able to fully activate it.
