Stu_UK Posted November 6, 2018 Report Share Posted November 6, 2018 I have an install that won't activate probably due to a previous failure to deactivate (regular occurrence on our network with this software). Previously I have asked support to deactivate via email, that avenue seems now closed. I don't want to post on here more details than are required so please advise how to proceed?
