Nitro 11 activation error on my new pc

Hi, I purchased Nitro 11 and recently changed my pc running windows 10.  I downloaded Nitro 11 and tried to activate.  It came back with Error message, saying The returned data was corrupted, there was an issue with the activation certificate.  Please help, thanks.

The error that you are receiving is commonly caused when a machine has possibly an anti-virus software or firewall setting that is preventing the software from activating.
