Adrian555 Posted November 8, 2018 Report Share Posted November 8, 2018 I'm using Nitro 11 and my add in for outlook 2016 has disappeared. Even after repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, and following the advice given in responses such as https://community.gonitro.com/topic/4422-no-nitro-conversion-tabs-in-2016-office-ribbons/?tab=comments#comment-10604, I still don't have the add in. It doesn't show up in the list of add in for me to be able to enable/disable. The add in shows up and works fine in both word and excel though.
