AllainU 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2018 Hello @Maikel | ImagineICT, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! I have checked previous cases and I didn't find one related to the error message you are receiving. Also, I have checked our system using your email address but didn't receive a result for an account. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab -Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end -What are the exact steps your user performed resulting to that error message? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
