Alan Posted January 16, 2017 Report Share Posted January 16, 2017 I am using Nitro Pro 9 and recently I have lost all items on my Ribbon Bar and the shortcut menu is missing as well. All I can do is view a PDF file, I can only print by using Ctrl-P. I have attached a copy of an open window with no file loaded. Version is 9.0.6.20. Kindly perform a "Repair" as it will revert Nitro Pro to its default settings. The steps can be found on this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If that does not work, please try following steps below. 1. Close Nitro Pro 2. Click Start and enter "regedit" into the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard. 3. Delete the following BCG registry values HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nitro\Pro\9.0\BCG 4. Alan Posted January 16, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 16, 2017 Kelvin, Thank you so much for this answer, the "Repair" did not work but the "regedit" worked like a charm. I did a complete system restart after the edit even though you only said to start NitorPro again. Just thought it might be better. The good news is IT WORKED!!!!
