User getting error using Nitro stating Unable to create the error report.

When users are accessing a share with pdf's that they open and edit with Nitro ever time they go and double click the pdf's in that folder the get an error that pops up stating Unable to create the error report.  Please verify that there is enough space in your TEMP folder.  And can't open the pdf.  They can open Nitro then browse in Nitro and open the pdf that way and the users don't get the error.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Not entirely sure if it will help, but have you emptied the Temporary Files using Disk Cleanup in Windows?

Yes I have, create a new user profile but still happens, reinstalled Nitro also.
