After implementing rules on one library (OneDrive Business via SharePoint Library) pdf's showed error that we needed a compatible reader. We found that we were using Ver 10 Nitro and should update. Updated to 12, opened same doc with version 12 and received the same error. Since we don't have VIP access we are dead in the water. I've had to disable protection at this point until we can resolve this. KB on Nitro is outdated. Really disappointed at this point. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The feature request is already with our Product and Engineering team, although we do not have any updates yet on whether it will be supported in future releases, and when that will be.
