I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. I was downloading and installing it on my personal PC for a client who needed assistance with a couple of things. All I get is a all white splash screen nothing else. Here is what I have done so far. I have installed the download, installed, rebooted - Result: splash screen I have repaired the installation, rebooted - Result: splash screen (x2) I have uninstalled, rebooted, installed, rebooted - Result: splash screen (x2) I have uninstalled, removed the APPDATA FILES, rebooted, installed, rebooted - Result: splash screen (x1) Assistance would be appreciated. Could you please try repairing / reinstalling in Safe Mode then reboot the Windows back Normal? Power User Steven Zakulec Posted November 27, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted November 27, 2018 This might be a silly question, but on the opening splash screen, is there a link or anything you can click inside that window? I've seen new Nitro installs sometimes be weird about the Welcome screen, and not show anything else until you click in the window, and then you see the main screen pop up behind the window in front (which you can then tell not to show up again if you want).
