Nitro pro 11 setup wizard ended prematurely

Hi,

I bought a new laptop and would like to install my Nitro Pro 11 in my new laptop.  I failed to do so and the system said the setup wizard ended prematurely.  I tried the solutions provided in the forum but they didn’t work.  Please advise what I ca do next.

I think I successfully ran the first 5 steps.  When running the 6 step, it says No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.  

After all these steps, I tried again to install Nitro Pro 11 and again failed.

In another Windows 10 laptop, there is no installation issue at all.

Kindly please advise.

I have received private message saying you were able to install Nitro Pro after uninstalling and reinstalling your MS Office.
