sealbook@iinet.net.au
I can no longer save more than a one page document when scanning to pdf. I have NitroPro 12 and having been using the program since 9 and I been able to scan up to 30 or 40 pages at a time and then insert them into the displayed document. I have tried repairing the program which took a long time but was only successful once. I am using Windows 10 and have a Canon MX926 multifunction printer. Does anyone have a solution? Version 11 worked perfectly.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 15, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 15, 2018 Hello @sealbook@iinet.net.au, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! This has been addressed by installing the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. To fix this issue, kindly refer to these steps: 1. Uninstall using our Clean Up utility: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean/000003054 2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. 3. Download and install Nitro Pro 12.6.1.298 using below offline installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1261298/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1261298/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
