Hello,

I am working on a project to secure some of my company's forms to prevent them from being edited and/or duplicated internally. The catch is that our front-line staff need to be able to edit form fields and print a physical copy of the forms without being able to save any of the changes they made or print a copy of their form to pdf (creating an unauthorized copy). Is there a way to do this using password permissions or another feature?

Thank you for your help,

Owen

Good Morning Allain,

I received your last email, but when I try to send my response, I receive an error indicating that it was undeliverable, so I'm posting my response here:

-All of the forms are either created directly in Nitro or converted to pdf from Word. We used form fields to fill information throughout the forms as some of them are very lengthy (25-30 pages)

-I don't have an exact count of the forms at the moment but I know it will be at least 20 and as many as 50 (give or take)

-The number of users accessing the forms with these security settings would be approximately 100 to 150 and then a very few (less than 10) who have full access

Thanks again for your help.
