TheTexasEwok09 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2018 i have a computer that was licensed for Nitro Pro 10 but then the user called me stating it was no longer licensed. long story short i have 21 seats for the license 18 are used but when i try to license the computer that used to be licensed i get Error 23 now. On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 11 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Was also wondering if there is a way for nitro to unlicncse my machines so i can reallocate them to my user as our it department has lost track of who has it.
