bestbuilder@xtra.co.nz Posted November 16, 2018 Report Share Posted November 16, 2018 My 5 month old Pro 11 series Nitro was not producing PDFs. Kept coming up with error messages. I used the fix software but continued getting error message whilst trying to make PDFs. Was forced to delete program and reinstall. Problem was, there are no Pro 11 installs. Was forced to buy Pro 12. I am out of pocket 7 months on my pro 11 and want a refund for that portion. Please contact me to arrange Nitro staff.
