Unknown Error 80 when opening up Nitro 10

Hi all,

We're migrating our client's Nitro 10 to a Server 2016 terminal server. I've deployed the install using the MSI and MST (created using the deployment tool). When I launch the application, a window appears saying "Unknown Error #: -80"

I read some posts saying that this could be due to licensing. I have not input a serial number into the MST, as the old server is still in use and I didn't want to deactivate it yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
