AllainU 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2018 Hello @Cleo, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) -A screen shot of the print window you are receiving and/or any important information. To find out how to take a screen shot, check out this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/screenshot/000001980 Alternatively, if you can capture a video-cast of the issue you are encountering so we can see your work-flow in action. To take a video-cast, we suggest using Jing, since its free and easy to record video by clicking 'Capture Video' button and to click 'SHARE' (or the three arrows) to link to view the video. Here's a link to the Jing download page: https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Cleo 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2018 Hi AllainU, Thank you for the reply. I tried to attach a word docx, but was unable to - when I select "insert other media" I only get the options to "insert existing attachments" or "insert image from URL" I don't see how to upload the docx so it becomes an existing attachment. (I did follow the link provided on how to take a screenshot, but no way to attach...) Nitro Pro 12.0.0.108, Windows 7 Professional Thanks, Cleo

Cleo 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2019 Hi AllainU, I was having trouble with my installation of Nitro Pro 12 (we communicated about it a couple weeks ago about when I print my screen resolution would change to huge). I got tired of fighting with it and decided to uninstall and reinstall. I reinstalled from a new version of Nitro Pro 12, but it didn't work. I then downloaded from your message above and the installation seems to complete but I get a window that says the procedure entry point..... could not be located in the dynamic link library NitroPlatform12.dll and of course it won't open. Please help...

I was having trouble with my installation of Nitro Pro 12 (we communicated about it a couple months ago about when I print my screen resolution would change to huge). I got tired of fighting with it and decided to uninstall and reinstall. I reinstalled from a new downloaded version of Nitro Pro 12, but it didn't work – the Wizard failed. I then downloaded x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12101487/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi from your message posted yesterday in response to @KeithR and the installation seems to complete but I get a window that says “the procedure entry point..... could not be located in the dynamic link library NitroPlatform12.dll” and of course it won't open. tmca 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2019 (edited) Hello! I have the same issue as Cleo. What is the solution? I'm on Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112. The screen resolution is 2880x1620. The window size relative to the screen is fine before printing. After printing the Nitro window expands off screen. Thank you! tmca 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Unfortunately, it didn't work. I did everything in the order you suggested and it still resizes the window after printing. Any other ideas?
