issues with getting upgrade authorization

I have ver 6 of Nitro.  When I enter my license in the upgrade eligibility, I get an error.  However, I can look up my license and it shows as a valid license.  How do I fix this?

I can see your v6 is indeed active but I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
 
-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro
-A copy of the order invoice
 
If you purchased this directly through our online store, I will be able to find a record of this. If you purchased through a reseller of Nitro, you will need to contact them directly as we do not have records of their purchases.
