Nitro Pro SCCM Deployment doesn't auto-activate

Recommended Posts

EricGS

I've created a SCCM Application of Nitro Pro with the command line: msiexec /i "nitro_pro12_x64.msi" /qb NPSERIAL=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (where the x's depict the serial number).

This deploys successfully to a test machine, but when I launch it as a standard user it does not activate. The standard users do not have administrator rights on their machines so they could not activate it manually. Is there anything wrong with my command line?

Hello @EricGS,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Your command seems correct because as per our Deployment Guide, the command is  "msiexec /i \\server\path\nitro_proX_x64.msi /qb NPSERIAL=NPXXX" where X is the version of your Nitro Pro: http://install.nitropdf.com/pro11/en/nitro-pro-deployment-guide.pdf

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
