tina_in_az Posted November 22, 2018 Report Share Posted November 22, 2018 Friends. I own a license for 2 Nitro Pro installs and have had it installed on a Surface Pro for the past 6 months. I just purchased a 2nd Surface Pro that I'm trying to install it to. I unwittingly downloaded v12 and installed it, then when attempting to activate the license discovered that my license was for v11. To remedy my mistake I uninstalled v12, rebooted, downloaded v11 and ran the install wizard but midway through the process the wizard stops and displays "Wizard failed". Any ideas?
