Reactivating from old computer to new failed

Recommended Posts

NHC

I have Nitro Pro 11 on my old computer which I deactivated, then tried to install on new win10 computer. Received "Nitro Pro setup wizard has failed" message.  Looked at other replies talking about C:\Program\Files\WindowsApps causing problems on some installs. That file is not on my computer. Please help.

Hello @NHC,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Do you have MS Office installed on your new computer? If yes, could you please run a repair of MS Office and try installing Nitro Pro again?

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
