Moved my Nitro on a new computer, problems to upgrade

Hello,

I have just bought a new laptop and started moving all my licenses, Nitro included. 

My purchase history: I bought a Nitro10 which I upgraded to Nitro 11 and received an early bird -free upgrade - for Nitro 12 this summer.

Being in a hurry to move everything over, I deactivated the account on my old laptop without writing down the serial number. Now I activated my Nitro 11, but cannot switch back to 12? Is there a way/solution to solve this issue?
