My purchase history: I bought a Nitro10 which I upgraded to Nitro 11 and received an early bird -free upgrade - for Nitro 12 this summer. Being in a hurry to move everything over, I deactivated the account on my old laptop without writing down the serial number. Now I activated my Nitro 11, but cannot switch back to 12?
