BWoods 0 Report post Posted November 28, 2018 My old laptop failed. I install Nitro Pro 6 on the new replacement laptop. When I try to open Nitro I get an error message that it was originally licensed on a different computer. I deactivated on your site, but Nitro will still not open to get to the help tab to activate.
