Daniel M. 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2018 Hi, I have an unusual issue with my Nitro pro 12 installation. The pdf-documents are exported from SAP. I have tried different software versions of Nitro pro (12.0, 12.1, 12.2, 12.6) but all versions crash instantly after opening the document. When I open the file with another pdf-viewer, it works and the program tells me that there are interactive document-fields embedded. Could this be the issue? System configuration is Windows 10 1607 LTSB I have tested an older version of Nitro pro (Version 10) with these documents and this versions runs just fine. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab -A sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
