The big red box says to come here and post in the forum about how can I find out what the problem is. Can anyone help me with this please? I can't figure out how to attach a screenshot either. Are you having issue upgrading your Nitro Pro 11 serial number in our Upgrade Portal where it says 'We were unable to validate your serial number'? If the answer is yes, I have checked our system and I can see you already upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 using Nitro Pro 11 serial number last 6th of June of 2018.
