Activation

For some reason it won't let me activate my Nitro. When I tried what it said to do on the website, but it wouldn't let me select any device to deactivate.

Help, I need this to work.

Thanks for providing the serial number of your Nitro Pro.

Upon checking our records, I didn't find any errors or an attempt to activate your product.

If you did receive an error message when you tried activating, could you please provide me the exact message?

-22: Error- Wrong License Number

You have attempted to active Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number.

If you know the correct serial number, click "Back" and re-enter it.

Thanks for providing this information.

Please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro 12 using below offline links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1261298/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1261298/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
