Kelly Maddock

Copied and pasted the serial number into the Activation page but getting the error message about the serial number being for a different version.  How to resolve?  Thanks.

I'm only getting the option to send you a public message.  Also, I think the problem could be that our order was for Nitro Pro 10 and the latest version is 12(?) so perhaps that's why I'm getting the error?

I tested it using my second account and I am able to send a private message.

Could you please hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU'? Did you receive the option Message? If yes, click on it and you should be able to send me a private message with the serial number of your Nitro Pro.
