Tracy P
I have trial version of NitroPro. When I convert word documents to pdf, screenshot images are unclear. This is Windows 10. Even NitroReader 5 doesn't convert or view images clearly. When I go to an old xp and convert or open same pdfs with NitroReader 3, images are crisp. How can new version be worse than old versions? I've tried the DPI settings change that was suggested with no improvement.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 30, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 30, 2018 Hello @Tracy P, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! While Nitro Pro is open, go to Home tab > PDF > From File and browse for the MS Word document. The conversion quality can be adjusted via the settings in the dialog that opens after clicking 'From File'. Another way is to open the Word document in MS Word > Nitro Pro Addin > Advanced > Optimization tab and set it to Print-Ready (large file size). After that, select Create PDF button to convert to PDF. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
