barbmarsan
After 99% completion of PDF to Word, Nitro Pro says "internal error" for my 170 page conversion request. It works for a 1 page doc. I'm on the free trial. It said there was no size limit. Why won't it work??

Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 21, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 21, 2019 Hello @WieshuberM, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If that didn't help, please provide me the following for me to further assist you: -Your workflow when converting PDFs to Word document file. -Sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to convert? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally? -A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information. To find out how to take a screen shot, check out this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/screenshot/000001980 Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. barbmarsan
Hi Allain. thanks for the response. I got fed-up and didn't subscribe to Pro (I was using a trial before purchasing). When Pro did convert PDF to word, many pages were no longer formatted (words and numbers were on different lines, underlined spaces (to be filled in at a later date) appeared after the sentence rather than IN the sentence. Have you had better results now?
