Updating Nitro pro 12.xx to the latest version available

Right now I am using version 12.5.0.268 of Nitro Pro. Whereas version 12.6.1.298 is available. Do I need to deactivate the current installation to update Nitro pro to the latest version available, by reinstalling the program again and reactivating the license on the very same system. Is there any other way to update the program without deactivating the license, whenever an update is made available. Kindly let me know what is better way of updating the program with least efforts.

Thanks for posting here!

There is no need to deactivate. Installing the update on top of the existing build is fine. No need to reactivate either.
