Error: .PDF is restricted or has limited access to some features

Hello everyone, 

The attached file show the return Message that we are getting back after trying to combine two different .PDF files

We tested at booth windows versions that we have on the site W7 and w10. 
Any idea?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Sample files (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

Was this issue resolved? I think it's due to there being two different pdf programs that have opened the file.
