Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. Cindy Tan Posted December 6, 2018 Report Share Posted December 6, 2018 Hi Support, We brought Nitro Pro 11 with SA last year Nov-2017 and upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 on Sep-2018. However, I realized since then I am unable to email support or submit a ticket, I guessed I have missed out to select vip access during upgrade.
