I have a serial numbers which when trying to purchase the upgrade at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade the response is as follows:

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

Hi Support,

We brought Nitro Pro 11 with SA last year Nov-2017 and upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 on Sep-2018.

However, I realized since then I am unable to email support or submit a ticket, I guessed I have missed out to select vip access during upgrade.

Kindly advise what I should do now in order to get back our support.
