Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. Cindy Tan 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2018 Hi Support, We brought Nitro Pro 11 with SA last year Nov-2017 and upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 on Sep-2018. However, I realized since then I am unable to email support or submit a ticket, I guessed I have missed out to select vip access during upgrade.
