Guest Kim Report post Posted December 5, 2018 I am very frustrated at the moment. I am trying to upgrade my nitro account as direct by nitro but it is not working. I got a message to say contact IT department which gave me a link to an email address which I emailed, only to get a reply that they have limited acess to their email at the moment.
