Otto 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2018 I have a new Windows 10 computer and am trying to download nitro pro version 11 and I keep getting the error "Nitro Pro Wizard has failed'. I saw another post where you asked to find file and I do not have this file on my PC. I also reset Microsoft and I still can't get it to start. Please help we are a business and this is urgent.
