Brand New License Not Working

Hi we have purchased several copies of Nitro Pro from you before and have never had this issue. I am trying to activate a copy that was purchased on 11/26/2018 and am receiving a -19: activation error. I go online to your activation troubleshooter and input my serial number and am told that it is an invalid serial number. Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We just made an adjustment on our licensing server so could you please try activating again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate?

If that didn't help, please manually activate your program following the steps provided in the link below:
