Lost Download Link for Nitro 11

I am soon to replace some desktop PC's and one has Nitro 11 installed.

The old download link I received has expired and I am looking for the link to be able to download the 64-bit Nitro 11 so I have it ready for the next installation

Anybody able to assist in advising where I can get the link?

Contacting Cleverbridge via the "Your purchase and serial number" option only sends me the receipt and purchase details and not the download link, help please...

To fix this issue, you can reset your license by going to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

You can download your Nitro Pro 11 from this page: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632

If the page didn't load, visit http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and search for 'Locating Installer Links for Retail (Online) Customers'.

After installation, you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
