License key showing as inactive in license portal; can't activate on new computer

I have been trying to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 8 license on a new computer, but every time I try to activate I get an error saying the license has been used too many times. After deactivating on the original computer it was installed on, my number of activations has gone from 2 to 1, but my license still shows as "inactive". Is there a way to activate the license again or make it active so  I can activate it? I really need to get this activated ASAP, so I'm eagerly awaiting your response.

Hello @jvincent,

When it shows Inactive, it means that the serial number is no longer valid. It was either refunded, replaced, or upgraded to a newer version.

Please send me your serial number via direct message so I can check it.
