RogerHart
When I open a PDF in IE11 the Edit this PDF and Convert to Word do not work. I get no response. The email button does not work either, it responds with an error. This is using Windows 10 x64, Office 365 x64, and Nitro Pro 12 x64. The plugin is there and enabled in the Managed Add-On's portion of IE11. The product is activated and licensed. Is there something missing? RogerHart
Not sure if it is related. If a file is locked by another user or the same user, would that prevent Nitro from going into Edit mode?
RogerHart
It appears to be only happening when a PDF that is located on a network mapped(shared) drive on our servers. If we copy the file locally it opens properly and is editable through the IE plugin using the local drive path. If we use the locally mapped drive location which is actually on the server, the files will not go into edit mode with the plugin. The file on the server is full access to the user and to the users group as well. It is not security. Any ideas?
