Number Of Activations if I Upgrade Nitro 7 to 12

I am a single user (Personal User) of Nitro Pro 7. The license agreement allows me 3 activations on different computers as long as I only use one at a time. I want to Upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 which only allows 2 activations. My question is if I upgrade do I get 3 or 2 activation?
