Not able to activate after upgrade from Nitro Pro 11 to Nitro Pro 12

I checked for upgrade for my Nitro Pro 11 and was told there was an upgrade available. The Nitro website also said the upgrade was free. I downloaded the installer and installed Nitro Pro 12. When I tried to activate Nitro Pro 12 I received "-22 Error: Wrong License Number"

Was I supposed to get a new serial Number with the upgraded software?

The installation of Nitro Pro 12 uninstalled my Nitro Pro 11 so I can't use that now.

What to do?

The error 22 message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your new Nitro Pro 12 serial number was sent to the email address you provided when you upgraded.
