CHPDAD 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2018 I was having some computer problems and had the Geek Squad do a remote clean up of my computer. After a few days I decided to do a PDF file and found out that Nitro Pro was no longer working. I also discovered that I had not saved my license number when purchasing the upgrade on March 2018. Right now I am using the temporary program which will cease to function in 2 more days. Any idea how I might be able to reactivate my Nitro program without having to purchase it all over again?
