You can try the following: 1. Reinstall or Repair Nitro. 2. Reinstall the PDF Creator: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/pdf creator/000001584 3. Try other methods to create a PDF: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/create/000001988 4. Try upgrading to Nitro Pro 12. https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try I hope that helps!
