Claude Posted December 19, 2018 Report Share Posted December 19, 2018 I purchased Nitro Pro 12 on 8/9/2018 and after running it a few months there was an update. It asked me for my License number again "Your Serial Number" ( second time ) and it took it but now doesn't want to accept it anymore. I tried the Reset the license and it put the number to 0 ( zero ) but still won't activate my license. NOTE that this license was ONLY USED on this Laptop and never transferred over since I purchased this software. If future updates keep doing this I will have very FRUSTRATING ISSUES.
